Working Conditions

The following is a partial list of possible impacts which could occur when FAA proposes and implements changes in personnel policy, practices, and working conditions.

  1. Change in workload assignment.
  2. Change affecting annual leave.
  3. Change which would require additional training. (How it will be done)
  4. Change in cafeteria.
  5. Change in tools i.e. computers, hand tools, software, etc..
  6. Change affecting your work area.
  7. Change affecting your travel.
  8. Change affecting your security.
  9. Change affecting your performance rating. (Employee being rated due to change such as added workload)
  10. Change affecting parking.
  11. Change which affects possible promotions.
  12. Change in position descriptions.
  13. Change that affects upward mobility.
  14. Change requiring possible PCS move. (Moving facility, creating ANI, etc.)
  15. Changes associated with RIF procedures.
  16. Bulletin boards.
  17. Changes in handbooks, orders, or policies.
  18. Change in flextime at the local level.
  19. Change in duty station.
  20. Change in telephone service.
  21. Change in working hours.
